While we’re spending more time at home, it’s no surprise that we’re spending more time online – and so are the young people in our lives. Social media has many positives, but in a world of manipulated images and unrealistic beauty ideals, it has become harder to know what’s real and what’s not. That’s why we created Confident Me At Home – a series of mini lessons and confidence building activities to help young people navigate the world of social media and raise their self-esteem while they're learning from home.
Used in schools worldwide, our Confident Me resources are used by teachers and educators to run self-esteem lessons that help young people develop positive body confidence and realize their full potential.
Now, we’ve expanded the curriculum to include home learning resources through Confident Me At Home. Created with young people in mind, each workbook is made up of confidence-boosting mini lessons that children can work through with the support of a parent, guardian or mentor. The resources are aimed at 11-14 year olds, although they’re suitable for high school and upper elementary students with adult support, too.

Covering everything from: social media and body image to unrealistic ideals, image manipulation and comparison culture, each of our self-esteem lessons has been created with body image experts and academics to ensure they have an educational impact. Our workbooks are free to download and perfect for home learning together.
Together we can make self-esteem and emotional wellbeing a part of the home learning experience, so that young people can feel confident being themselves, at home, school and in all areas of life.
