DOVE DERMASERIES SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to the 'Dove DermaSeries Satisfaction Guarantee' offer. By participating, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating. Unilever reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- DEFINITIONS
- In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Offer" means the 'Dove DermaSeries Satisfaction Guarantee' offer made by Unilever in relation to the Product;
- "Product" means Dove DermaSeries Dry Skin Relief Body Wash 250ml or 467ml and Dove DermaSeries Dry Skin Relief Body Lotion 250ml or 467ml; Dove DermaSeries Dry Skin Relief Hand Cream 70ml, Dove DermaSeries Expert Repairing balm 136g
- "Unilever" means Unilever (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Level 34, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baru, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- "Territory" means Malaysia.
- "90 Days" refers to the duration of which Participants are allowed to participate in the Offer whereby the Offer must be claimed within 90 days from the date of purchase of the Product.
- In these Terms and Conditions:
- ELIGIBILITY
- This Offer is open to all Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia age 18 and above with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card. In the event that you are under 18 years of age, you are required to obtain written consent from your parent/guardian and upon request by Unilever will be required to present the same.
- Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, distributors and representatives of Unilever and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and advertising agencies, together with the immediate family members (regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household of such persons (whether or not related), are not eligible to claim the Offer.
- Unilever reserves the right to disqualify any Claimant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Offer or if Unilever is of the view that the Claimant fails to satisfy any of the Offer’s criteria.
- THE OFFER
- The Offer applies to the Product you purchased from Unilever Official Retail Partners both online and in-store for Dove DermaSeries in the Territory.
- If you are not satisfied with the Product, Unilever will, at your election:
- Upon verification, refund you the purchase price of the Product via Cheque or Bank Transfer provided that official receipt and Product is returned. Unilever reserves the right to disqualify any illegible, disfigured or modified receipts.
Products purchased during promotions such as cash backs, discounts and voucher promotions, refunded amount will be that of price deducted based on the value of the discount or voucher promotion. - You may only make one (1) claim in respect of each of the following Products:
- Dove DermaSeries Dry Skin Relief Body Wash – 250ml or 467ml
- Dove DermaSeries Dry Skin Relief Body Lotion – 250ml or 467ml
- Dove DermaSeries Dry Skin Relief Hand Cream – 75ml
- Dove DermaSeries Expert Repairing Balm – 136g
- The Product must be returned with at least 1/4 of product left to be entitled for a refund.
- The Offer must be claimed within 90 days of purchase of the Product.

- Use the product every day for a minimum of 5 days as per usage instructions on the Product.

- The Dove DermaSeries Satisfaction Guarantee Offer is only applicable to Dove DermaSeries products purchased from official stores in the Territory.
- Limited to one claim for each Product per household throughout the duration of the Offer.
- Claimants who have submitted valid claims shall receive a full monetary refund via cheque or Bank Transfer after Unilever has verified and processed your claim.
- The amount refunded will be equal to the purchase amount stated on the original receipt.
- HOW TO CLAIM
- To claim the Offer, you must:
- Contact us by filling up Refund Request form as attached.
- Provide us with the following information contained in the Refund Request form:
- A clear explanation of your reason for claiming under the Offer;
- Your name;
- Your telephone number and/or email address;
- Details of the Product purchased, including:
- Product Name
- Pack Size
- Provide us with proof of purchase by:
- Completing the Refund Request form.

- Any charges/costs incurred by you (including cost of postage) during the course of this campaign/offer is to be fully borne by you.
- Method of refund
Unilever will also bear costs for courier charges. This cost will be included in the product refund via Bank Transfer or Cheque Payment. Claimant will need to include courier charges receipt together with refund claims as proof of courier charges.- Refund via Bank Transfer shall include full refund of Product cost and courier charges.

- If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of Unilever which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, Unilever reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process, and, subject to any written directions given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and any other implied warranties under the consumer protection laws in the Territory (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Unilever (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer.
- c) Unilever collects personal information in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties who are assisting with the administration of the Offer, including but not limited to agents, service providers and suppliers. Unilever may also use the data collected for re-targeting purposes such as communications, targeted advertising as well as product recommendations. - Unilever reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate this Offer at its sole discretion or if the Offer is not capable of being continued for whatever reasons.
- Claim forms that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, delayed or do not have valid or adequate proof of purchase will be disqualified.
- Proof of postage of the claim form and Product (s) will not constitute proof of receipt. Unilever will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt of claims sent by the Claimant.
